The Concept of Merchandicap® :

Merchandicap® allows all people with disabilities or in situations of disability, whether they think they are or may become disabled, to freely and anonymously express their experiences of daily life, whether it's shopping in-store, online, or being active in the field. To speak openly and without restrictions about what they need now and share the solutions that life has led them to implement.
Merchandicap® proposes to conduct a diagnosis in order to implement the expected solutions.

In France, The law of February 11, 2005, for the equality of rights and opportunities, participation, and citizenship of people with disabilities, takes into account motor, sensory, cognitive, and psychological disabilities. "Every disabled person has the right to the solidarity of the entire national community, which guarantees, by virtue of this obligation, access to the fundamental rights recognized to all citizens as well as the full exercise of their citizenship." The necessary compensation for disability, employment, and the obligation of accessibility are pillars.
